fireside premiere

Wonderful pianist Sarah Cahill will premiere my new piece Fireside on the Songlines series at Mills College in Oakland, CA.

Fireside is an homage to Ruth Crawford Seeger, and sets a poem Ruth Crawford wrote at age thirteen.

The concert is free. It's at 7:30 pm on 11.12.01 in the Ensemble Room at Mills College.
